Programs & Services

Home and Community Based Services (HCBS)

The Servant Group provides Home- and Community-Based Services (HCBS) to
help enable individuals to stay in their homes as opposed to moving to a facility for
care. HCBS addresses the needs of individuals with functional limitations who
need assistance with everyday activities.

Attendant Care (ATC)

Attendant Care services are provided for individuals who experience difficulties in performing activities of self-care and daily living. Through Attendant Care, The Servant Group is able to help individuals remain in their homes and/or participate in work/community activities.

Habilitation (HAH)

Habilitation services are designed to assist in acquiring, retaining, and improving self-help, socialization, and adaptive skills to maximize the functioning of persons with developmental disabilities. Services include the provision of training in independent living skills or special developmental skills, orientation and mobility training, sensorimotor development, and behavioral management.

The Servant Group help members work towards and achieve the goals established by the Member’s care team and family. These goals are curtailed to meet the member’s individual needs and are adjusted when the care team meets to update the member’s plans.

Respite (RSP)

The Servant Group understands that families and guardians caring for individuals with developmental disabilities may need help from time to time. Caregivers of children with developmental disabilities experience greater mental and emotional health problems than families of children without developmental disabilities, particularly stress, depression, and anxiety. Respite service provides short-term care to temporarily relieve caregivers for some well-deserved and necessary time to decompress.
