Mission, Vision, Philosophy of Care
Our mission is to help special needs children and adults achieve a level of independence and autonomy they’d not reach elsewhere. The Servant Group, LLC provides medical group homes in which caregivers see the individual beyond the diagnosis and create custom treatment plans to help each realize their full
potential, becoming as healthy and
independent as possible.
We envision a world where children and adults impacted by Developmental Disabilities are fully
supported in achieving their maximum potential. We believe fostering life skills and greater independence is achievable through long-term care relationships that prioritize individual care and respect.
Philosophy of Care
We believe in five guiding principles that contribute to our overall cultural
capabilities and a culturally inclusive environment:
Respect is an integral part of daily life within our organization. We strive to instill a feeling of deep admiration for all those within our community as well as their abilities and achievements.
We believe in the virtue of advocacy. Our organization supports causes and policies that our members, staff, and community hold dear.
We believe communication is highly impactful in our world today and our ability to communicate and deliver information is far more advanced than ever before.
Quality and Safety of Service
We believe the founding principles of our organization rest on quality and safety of service. It is our promise to our staff, members, and community to protect them from danger, risk, and injury.
We ensure that our organization values diversity in all facets, including but not limited to the services we deliver, the employees we train, the programs we utilize, and the individuals we represent.
We believe that we are a direct reflection of the type of business we run. With that in mind, we work hard to ensure that our reflection is something we are proud of.
